We have a 1 hour minimum, then we charge in 15 min increments. Most other Plumbing companies charge in 30 min increments…. just another way we save you money.

We charge by the hour, and we know plumbing! So this means we work faster than what the “Plumber’s Pricing Manual quotes. They take the average time needed, by average plumbers, who might not know how to fix the problem correctly… They might have to add to their rate, do to they underestimated the problem. This happens quite a bit.
Why it’s hard for us to quote an exact price over the phone
How many times have you called the car dealer and asked how much will it cost to get your car fixed? They almost always answer, “We need to see it in order to give you an exact quote.” Well the Plumbing business is no different. We would like to think all toilet problems could be fixed by replacing the “flapper.” But, we know that’s just not the case. We build our reputation with each and every call we go on. One thing to remember, If you don’t feel right about what a plumbing company is charging, S T O P, give us a call. We will give you our best idea or even come out and give you a second quote.
